Thank you so much for joining us to build HOPE for families in need of affordable homeownership opportunities in Spokane!

The Hope Builders Luncheon is Habitat-Spokane’s largest annual fundraiser that helps provide affordable homeownership opportunities in partnership with individuals and families in need of a safe, decent and affordable place to call home.
Jerrall Haynes - Keynote Speaker

At this year’s Hope Builders Luncheon, we’ll hear from future homeowners, current homeowners, and keynote speaker, Jerrall Haynes, who grew up in a Habitat home with his Mom and was recently appointed as Spokane City’s first Civil Rights Coordinator.

Over 60 families are currently enrolled in Habitat-Spokane's Homeownership Program and every single one is earning their sweat equity, taking financial education courses, and saving a down payment so they can buy an affordable home in #spokane.

YOUR participation at our luncheon helps build hope for all of our partner families - and more!

Last year, over 481 families and individuals reached out to Habitat inquiring about buying an affordable home. The need for more housing in Spokane that is both decent, AND affordable, is critical.

At Hope Builders Luncheon we will raise funds to expand Spokane's supply of affordable housing; critical in the post-pandemic housing shortage. Habitat's Homeownership Program is proven to reduce systemic racial gaps in homeownership, remove barriers to credit, and create fairer economic opportunities for all. The 60+ families in our program cannot build a better future if they cannot find safe and affordable housing.

Spokane is a generous community, we can and must increase the insufficient supply of decent and affordable housing. Join us at Hope Builders Luncheon to seize the moment and commit to a future that every American can afford a place they are proud to call home.

With your support, Habitat’s programs create a more just community while also raising funds to address the critical need for affordable housing. TOGETHER, we can build hope for the many families in Spokane that are in need of a safe, decent and affordable place to call home.

On behalf of our entire organization and the families we serve, we look forward to building hope in Spokane with you!
